钢管高强膨胀混凝土的力学性能研究

摘    要:配制出了具有良好工作性能和膨胀性能的C50自密实膨胀混凝土,试验研究了该种素混凝土及钢管混凝土的力学性能和膨胀性能。在此基础上,采用有限元方法对钢管膨胀混凝土的自应力性能和极限承载力进行了模拟分析。结果表明,掺加适量膨胀剂的钢管膨胀混凝土具有较优的力学性能,其极限承载力比普通钢管混凝土可提高7%左右。有限元方法能够较好地评估试验结果,为今后分析类似试验提供了依据。

Abstract:C50 self-compacting expansive concrete with good workability and expansive property was prepared in this paper.The mechanical properties of the pure concretes and the concrete filled steel tube(CFST) were experimentally tested.Based on the experimental results,finite element method was used to analyze the self-stress and bearing properties of concrete filled steel tube.The results show that,when the expansive agent is added properly,the mechanical properties of expansive CFST is better,and its maximum bearing capacity is 7% more than that of ordinary CFST.Finite element method can preferably evaluate the testing results,which give us a new method for the similar experiments in the future.
