空气钻井安全监控系统研制

摘    要:气体钻井较常规钻井工艺在提高机械钻速、保护储集层、减少或避免井漏等方面具有明显优势,但也面临着井下燃爆等问题。针对目前在用的多数综合录井仪没有适用于气体钻井的软硬件系统,设计了一套空气钻井安全监控系统。现场初步试验结果表明.该系统运行平稳,气体灵敏度和精度均达到了设计要求.应用该系统在线检测钻井过程中的气体成分,结合综合录井仪输出的信息。可以及时监测井下燃爆等异常现象,为气体钻井施工提供安全保障。
