钼系高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶的合成

摘    要:通过100mL聚合瓶小试及50L四釜连续聚合中试,考察了以MoCl3(OR)2-(i-Bu)2Al(m-OPhMe)(简称Mo-Al)构成的Ziegler-Natta催化体系合成钼系高乙烯基聚丁二烯橡胶(HVBR)的试验情况。在50L装置上连续生产出乙烯基含量为80%的HVBR。研究了HVBR的生产工艺条件,在Al/Ml(摩尔,下同)为15-35,Mo/Bd(摩尔比,下同)为(6-8)*10^-5

Abstract:Based on 100 mL little reactor and 50 L continuous four-reactor device the polymerization of high vinyl butadiene rubber(HVBR) in Ziegler-Natta catalytic system formed by MoCl3(OR)2-(i-Bu)2Al(m-OPhMe) were studied. HVBR with about 80% of vinyl was synthesized in 50 L continuous four-reactor device ,the conditions and the effect factors of synthesizing HVBR were researched.
