| 摘 要： | 目的：分析胃癌与十二指肠球部溃疡患者胃电图变化特点,探讨胃癌与十二指肠球部溃疡患者的临床症状与胃电变化的关系,能否为临床诊断与治疗提供参考依据与指导。寻求一种无痛苦,简便,患者容易接受的胃肠疾病的检查方法。方法：经胃镜确诊的胃癌30例、十二指肠球部溃疡52例,无症状志愿者30例分别进行常规胃电图监测,对各组胃电参数进行综合分析。结果：胃癌患者胃电参数改变以胃肠电节律紊乱、餐前正常慢波百分比、慢波频率不稳定系数,餐前、后偶联百分比明显下降为主;十二指肠球部溃疡患者餐前、餐后胃肠电节律紊乱,平均频率增高,餐后主功率比降低较明显,两组胃电参数变化均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。胃癌、十二指肠球部溃疡组中功能性消化不良的比例分别为20.00%、19.23%。结论：胃癌及十二指肠球部溃疡患者胃电图检查结果有一定的特异性,对其诊断与治疗有一定的指导意义。经胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡推荐行胃电图检查,以明确是否存在胃动力障碍及其类型,依据患者情况及早运用胃动力药物治疗。胃电图可作为胃肠疾病的常规检查方法之一,值得临床推广。
