| 摘 要： | 以神华神东电力有限责任公司新疆米东热电厂的DG1069/17.5-II16型循环流化床锅炉为例,阐述了汽冷式旋风分离器在300 MW级循环流化床锅炉上的应用,从结构,安装、运行几方面论证了汽冷式旋风分离器的特点和优缺点,并针对汽冷式旋风分离器在运行过程中出现的分离器入口积灰、非金属膨胀节的冲刷损坏等问题,提出了合理的解决方案,从而保证了分离器的长期稳定高效运行。
