家庭访视护理干预对提高胸腰椎骨折患者生活质量的探讨

目的 探讨家庭访视护理干预对提高胸腰椎骨折患者生活质量的影响.方法 将120例胸腰椎骨折出院患者随机分为干预组与对照组各60例.对照组采用常规出院指导,嘱定期回医院复诊;干预组在常规指导的基础上,自患者出院之日起至出院后6个月,由访视小组成员定期预约,于每周六下午主动上门进行家庭访视护理干预,分析每个阶段患者出现的相关问题,并采取干预措施.比较两组患者出院6个月时的生活质量.结果 通过家庭访视护理干预指导.干预组在遵医状况、疾病相关知识知晓情况、康复相关技能掌握情况、功能康复效果及总体生活质量上均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 通过医护人员定期行家庭访视护理干预,不但促进了患者康复.而且使患者遵医行为不断增强,生活质量得到极大提高.
