脉冲反相谐波声学造影诊断移植肾动脉狭窄初探

摘    要:目的 探讨脉冲反向谐波声学造影诊断移植肾动脉狭窄的可行性。方法 对 15例临床疑诊移植肾动脉狭窄患者进行脉冲反向谐波声学造影 ,并经数字减影血管造影 (DSA)证实。结果 注射造影剂 2 2~ 32 s后移植肾动脉显影并呈带状增强 ,确诊移植肾动脉狭窄 12例 ,移植肾动脉内均见造影剂局部充盈缺损。结论 脉冲反向谐波声学造影能完整显示移植肾灌注血管床并增强移植肾动脉局部结构的显现 ,可能成为诊断移植肾动脉狭窄的又一简便、准确的方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility of diagnosing transplant renal artery stenosis (TRAS)with pulse inversion harmonic contrast imaging(PIHCI) Methods Fifteen cases who were suspected clinically to suffer from TRAS were examined with (PIHCI).The results were compared with those of DSA.Results The images of the transplant renal artery(TRA)were enhanced at 22-32 s after administration of contrast agents,and incomplete fullness were seen in 12 cases with TRAS Conclusions The TRAs can be clearly showed by PIHCI which can be used as an accurate method to diagnose the TRAS
