动脉介入治疗及经皮穿刺消融综合治疗肝脏肿瘤的临床研究

目的探讨应用动脉介入治疗及经皮穿刺消融综合治疗肝脏肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 126例患有肝脏肿瘤的患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组(各63例),对照组采用单纯股动脉穿刺介入治疗,观察组采用动脉介入治疗及经皮穿刺微波凝固消融综合治疗,3个月后比较两组患者恢复情况,以及治疗后生活质量(KPS评分)改善情况。结果观察组肝脏肿瘤体积变小,总有效率82.5%(52/63),明显高于对照组71.4%;观察组KPS评分显著升高,其中改善28例,所占比例44.4%高于对照组30.2%;观察组骨髓抑制总发生率22.2%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用股动脉穿刺介入治疗肝脏肿瘤的同时,联合经皮穿刺消融方法治疗可显著改善患者生活质量,稳定患者病情。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Liver Cancer by Arterial Intervention and Percutaneous Puncture Catheter Ablation

Objective Analyse the clinical curative effect of the treatment on liver cancer by Arterial intervention and percuta- neous puncture catheter ablation. Methods According to the different treatment methods ,126 patients with liver cancer were divid- ed into the observation group and the control group （63 cases）, the control group were treated with femoral artery puncture and in- terventional therapy, observation group were treated with interventional therapy and percutaneous microwave coagulation therapy, after 3 months ,compared the improvement of the patients quality of life （ KPS score）. Results The liver tumor size of observation group were smaller ,the total efficiency of 82.5% （52/63）, significantly higher than that in control group 71.4%; observation group KPS score significantly higher than the control group 30.2%; observation group bone marrow suppression total incidence is 22.2% lower than that of the control group, the results were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment on liver cancer by Arterial intervention and percutaneous puncture catheter ablation can improve the quality of life of patients significantly.
