| Abstract: | According to the concept of the triangular Fuzzy number, this paper forms the Fuzzy matrix of merger enterprise, then use the Fuzzy method to arrange the order of enterprises, find out the best object. Finally, it puts forward a new evaluating method to select the best in enterprise merger. |
