风扇翼型气动性能的实验研究

摘    要:在西北工业大学NF-3风洞二元实验段内对两种风扇翼型的气动性能进行了对比实验研究,实验采用表面测压和尾排型阻测量技术。结果表明:在风扇的工作范围内,新设计的风扇翼型的升阻比要比传统的风扇翼型增大20%左右;通过两翼型翼面弦向压力分布特性的比较,可以推知,前者的气动噪声将会比后者小。

Abstract:The comparative experimental investigation on the dynamics performance on two kinds of fan airfoil is performed in two-dimensional testing section of NF-3 wind tunnel at Northwestern Polytechnical University. The techniques of measuring the surface pressure and drag measurement with trail total pressure row tube are used. It is shown that the new designed fan airfoil is about 20% larger than the old one in lift-to-drag -ratio at the work range of fan.The dynamics noise of former is lower than that of the later from analyzing of surface pressure distribution.
