Abstract:The overseas practice of injecting plastic scrap into a blast furnace was introduced, and its feasibility in China was studied in this paper. The results shows that injecting scrap into a blast furnace is a better road to administer the white contamination, to decrease the energy consumption , and to increase the economy efficiency.
