| 摘 要： | 目的为了获得通用型逆转录病毒载体。方法本实验在成功构建复制缺陷型逆转录病毒载体的基础上,对复制缺陷型逆转录病毒载体的包装细胞进行培养,然后用脂质体介导法将载体转染包装细胞。结果经病毒滴度测定可知包装成功。结论获得了复制缺陷型逆转录病毒载体。

| Abstract: | Objective: To obtain the replication-defective retrovirus. Methods: In this research, with the recombined retroviral expression vector was constructed. The package cell was successfully cultured, then the package cell were co-transfected through the recombined vector. Results: The package is finished successfully. Conclusions: the replication–defective retrovirus was produced. |
