| 摘 要： | 目的研究鱼腥草总黄酮提取工艺及方法。方法分别采用水煮法、乙醇回流提取法及超声波提取法提取鱼腥草的总黄酮,对超声波法进行温度、时间因素分析,并测定黄酮含量。结果采用超声波法提取鱼腥草总黄酮较佳,其含量随温度的升高和时间的延长而有所增加。结论超声波提取,方法简便,提取率高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the technique and methods of extracting the flavonoids from Houttuynia Cordata Thumb.Methods: Three different methods of boiling,alcohol reflux extracting and ultrasonic extracting are respectively adapted to extract the flavounoids from Houttuynia Cordata Thumb.The factors of temperature and time are analyzed in ultrasonic extracting method and the content of flavonoids are detected.Results: The ultrasonic extracting method to extract the flavonoids from Houttuynia Cordata Thumb is the best,its content increased with the rising temperature and extension of the time.Conclusions: The method of ultrasonic extracting is convenient and has high extraction rate. |
