Problems and Improved Measures in the Learning Process of Nursing in the Department

To analyze the problems which the nurses have in the professional study in the department, mainly including the insufficient understanding of the importance of professional study in the department, shifting order problems causing nurses not to be able to participate in vocational study timely, disliking writing notes, solely teaching methods and so on. Such measures as further strengthening the professional learning, increasing the understanding of learning, small lectures and moming questions can improve the professional level for nurses.
