摘    要:考虑到机械密封端面的锥度、表面粗糙度以及缝隙间流体惯性对机械密封工作性能的影响,特别是对功耗、泄漏量、端面径向温度分布和压力分布的影响,建立了一种混合摩擦机械密封模型。用热水作工质,测量了端面温度分布和中心膜厚。对机械密封与试验介质间和大气间的传热效应作了一定深度的研究。提出了选择机械密封等温模型和绝热模型的原则。

Abstract:A mixed friction model was set up to consider the effects of coning face, surface roughness and fluid inertia on the performance of mechanical seals, especially on torqu:, leakage, face temperature and face pre-sure. The face temperature distribution and the axial movement in the center of two-phase were recorded using hot water as working fluid. The heat-transfer effects between the mating parts and the fluids including the sealed fluid and air were studied. The criterion of choosing the isothermal model or the adiabatic model was proposed.
