| Abstract: | Entrusted by China Telecom, the Economic and Technological Development Research Center of MPT conducted a rural telecom market survey to get an understanding of the potential of the current rural telecom market. This paper publishes the result of the survey and makes an analysis of the economic capability, tariffs, and the potential market. Finally, proposals are made for the development of the rural telephone services. |
