| 摘 要： | 提出了相对值与绝对值的概念，论述了在数字计算程序中建立这个概念的重要性，对数字计算程序实现逻辑推理、提高计算精度起到了重要作用。最后，设计了m个方程n个未知数的初等变换法的计算机程序，通过算例验证了程序的正确性、方便性和实用性。

| Abstract: | The concepts of relative value and absolute value are proposed, and the importance of establishing such concepts in numerical computation procedure is illustrated, which plays an important role in realizing logic reasoning and improving the calculating accuracy. Meanwhile, a computer program of elementary transformation law with m equations and n unknowns are designed, and numerous samples have validated the accuracy, convenience and practicability. |
