维持性血液透析患者庚型肝炎病毒感染状况

目的 探讨庚型肝炎病毒合并其他肝炎病毒在血液透析患者中的感染状况。方法 逆转录－套式聚合酶链反应（ＲＴ－ｎＰＣＲ）检测血液透析患者血清ＨＧＶ ＲＮＡ，ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测乙肝对半及ＨＣＶ，ＨＤＶ抗体。结果 ８０例血透患者中，ＨＧＶ阳性１５例（１８．７％），ＨＣＶ阳性１８例（２２．５％），ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性２１例（２６．２％），未检出ＨＤＶ阳性。在１５例感染ＨＧＶ的患者中，７例（４６．７％）同时感染其他肝炎

Infection and co-infection of HGV in maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the infection and co - infection of HGV with other hepatitis viruses and the influence of transfusion and hemodialysis the on viral infection in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods Genome RNA of hepatitis G virus (HGV) was amplified in sera from 80 hemodialysis patients and 12 nurses of dialysis unit using a nested poly- chain reaction (PCR) assay with specific primers. HBV, HCV and HDV were detected by ELISA method.Results The number of patients with HGV, HBV, HCV and HDV were 15(18.7%),21(26.2%), 18(22.5% ) and 0, respectively. of the 15 HGV pesitive patients, 7(46.7%) were also infected with other hepatitis viruses, 3 with HCV, 5 with HBV, 3 with HBV and HCV. Hepatitia viruses were not detected in dialysis operators. The prevalence of infection and co - infection of HGV with HBV or HCV increased significantly in the transfusions group. Conclusion HGV infection is serious in hemodialysis patients. The HGV infection and co - infection with HBV or HCV in hemodialysis patients may be related to transfusion.
