| 摘 要： | 电力系统规划和运行调度都应以对未来电力负荷的预测为依据.电力的生产和消费是同时进行的,任意时刻都必须保持二者之间的平衡.负荷预测偏低会引起电力供应紧张,电能频率下降,供电可靠性下降;负荷预测过高将会导致发电过剩,系统频率上升,并造成发输电设备不能充分利用,影响系统的经济性能.因此,电力系统负荷预测是电力系统规划和运行调度的重要组成部分.
