| 摘 要： | 目的研究长沙市女性骨密度及骨质疏松患病情况,并研究其相关的影响因素。方法随机整群抽样的方法抽取长沙三个社区,以参加调查的1168名20～80岁女性为研究对象,调查其个人史、月经史、生育史及日常活动情况,并进行体格检查和测量骨密度。分析受试者骨质疏松患病情况及相关因素对其的影响。结果(1)长沙市女性骨质疏松患病率为17.0%,且随着年龄增长、绝经年限的延长,骨质疏松的患病率也相应增加;(2)初潮年龄晚、生产次数多的女性骨质疏松的患病率较高;(3)体重指数高和经常运动的女性不易发生骨质疏松。结论长沙市社区女性骨质疏松发病率较高,这与多种因素有关,应考虑采取相应综合措施进行防制。 |
