摘    要:工艺信息由设计信息和管理信息构成,两者之间的集成在计算机集成制造中起着极其重要的作用。作为工艺信息载体的工艺卡片在形式和内容上表现出多样性。文中运用面向对象的方法,首先构造了一个标准化的工艺卡片模型,使软件系统能支持各类工艺卡片;进而通过动态创建管理规则文件,实现设计、管理信息的有机通信,确保二者之间的无缝集成。据此开发的面向产品的新一代集成化工艺信息系统GS-CAPP,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The integration mechanism linking the information of process planning(IPP) with information of process management(IPM) in the process information system is presented. As a media of recording process information, the process card reveals a great variety both in forms and contents. So an object oriented standard process card model is first constructed to adapt to various kinds of process cards. Then, the file of management rules is dynamically created to bridge the gap between IPP and IPM. Through the standard process card model and the file of management rules, the IPP and IPM are integrated effectively. A process information system(GS CAPP) based on the above technologies has been developed and implemented successfully in many enterprises.
