| 摘 要： | 目的观察输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术对于输尿管结石的疗效。方法采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗我院2005年9月至2009年9月收治的241例输尿管结石患者,分析其手术时间、住院时间、一次性碎石成功率、并发症发生率及不同性质结石的碎石成功率,并与同期采取气压弹道碎石术治疗的233例患者的资料进行对比。结果钬激光组的手术时间（30.73±6.20）min及住院时间（6.31±1.70）d均小于气压弹道组,钬激光组的一次性碎石成功率（97.09%）高于气压弹道组,而并发症发生率（2.90%）均小于气压弹道组（P〈0.05）。而气压弹道组的胱氨酸结石成功率明显低于钬激光组。结论钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石尿疗效优于气压弹道碎石术,临床推荐应用钬激光碎石术来治疗输尿管结石。
