硅胶负载型茂金属催化剂催化乙烯聚合效率研究

摘    要:研究了影响硅胶负载型茂金属催化剂(双(1-丁基-3-甲基环异戊二烯基)二氯化锆/甲基铝氧烷)催化乙烯聚合效率的因素,讨论了硅胶颗粒的比表面积、负载温度、铝及锆的负载量对催化效率的影响。结果表明,硅胶的比表面积增大时催化效率提高;负载温度为-20℃,负载锆质量分数约为0.5%,负载铝质量分数约为17%时,负载型茂金属催化剂催化乙烯聚合的催化效率达到最佳状态。

Abstract:The factors of influencing catalyst efficiency of silica gel-supported metallocene catalyst of(1-Bu-3-MeCp)2ZrCl2/methylaluminoxane(MAO) was studied.The effects of SiO2 average specific area,supporting temperature,the supporting level of MAO and(1-Bu-3-MeCp)2ZrCl2 on catalyst efficiency were discussed.The results showed that catalyst efficiency increased as the specific surface area of SiO2 increased,and that optimal catalytic efficiency was obtained at about 0.5% of Zr mass fraction and 17% of Al mass frac...
