| Abstract: | This article discusses the main influential factors during a paddy whole refined rice rate determination that have impact on the final results. In this research, different types of equipment and different time duration for rice milling were used for the same sample and the results were cormpared and analyzed. The purpose of this study is to improve the way of determining the paddy whole refined rice rate which leads to obtain more perfect operation procedures, reduce test error and ensure the accuracy of determination. |
