脊柱结核手术并发症的防治

目的探讨脊柱结核手术并发症发生的相关因素,寻找一种简单有效避免发生手术并发症的办法,提高脊柱结核手术治疗的治愈率。方法对155例脊柱结核患者术中、术后所发生的并发症进行分析。结果155例脊柱结核患者都经过手术治疗,发生常见并发症27例,有些并发症是医生操作不当造成,由于处理得当,都取得了较好的临床效果,无1例发生严重后果。结论现代脊柱结核的手术方法极大地提高了脊柱结核的治愈率,降低了术后并发症,手术治疗所引起的并发症只要医生高度重视,有些是完全可以避免的;一旦发生了并发症,只要及时且处理得当,不会残留严重后果。

Prevention and cure for surgery complication of spinal tuberculosis

Objective To explore the surgery complications of spinal tuberculosis and the correlative factors,to summarize causes of the surgery complication,and to improve cure rate of spinal tuberculosis surgery.Methods The complications during the intraoperation and postoperation of 155 spinal tuberculosis patients were analyzed.Results Among 155 cases of spinal tuberculosis patients who had operation.There were 27 cases with complication: endorhachis avulsion(1 case),laryngeal recurrent nerve injury(1 case),anterior plate loose(1case),focal remains(1 case),the fat liquefaction of incision(1 case),the lower abdomen vein injury(1 case),graft slide(1 case),peritoneum rupture(4 cases),encapsulated pleural effusion(6 cases),pleura rupture(10 cases),because of proper processing,all cases had achieved better clinical effect and no severe consequence occurred.Conclusion The surgeon should pay more attention to the complications of the operation,once the complication occurs,it must be well processed.
