摘    要:介绍了电力系统数字光电电气量测技术及基及该技术的智能开关设备系统,和基于站控和过程总线的变电站自动化系统。引入现代紧凑型变电站的概念并分析了其特点,以例证分析其可靠性和寿命周期成本,认为现代紧凑型变电站是实现技术和经济优化的途径。

Abstract:On the basis of new concept of technique integration, the digital electro-optic electric measurement technology for power system is presented. The intelligent system of switchgear control based on the above mentioned measurement technology and the integrated substation automation system based on station control and process bus is described. The modern compact substation which consists of the above mentioned advanced technologies isintroduc-ed and its features are analyzed. It can be seen fromanalyzing the reliability and life cycle cost of modern compactsubstation by some examples that modern compact substation is an approach to implement the optimization in technology andeconomy.
