某电子玻纤布厂扩建项目职业病危害预评价

目的评估建设项目的可行性,完善职业病防治的对策,保护劳动者健康。方法使用类比法和检查表法对扩建项目进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目投产后可能会产生玻璃纤维粉尘、甲烷、甲醇、乙酸、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素,类比项目粉尘和毒物检测点合格率100%,高温检测点合格率100%,噪声检测点合格率71%。结论该项目基本可行,但应完善职业卫生防护工作,加强职业健康检查,保护劳动者健康。

Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards of a electronic fiberglass cloth expansion project

Objective]To evaluate the feasibility of construction projects,to improve the occupational disease prevention countermeasures,and protect the workers’ health.Methods]The pre-evaluation was performed by analogy and the checklist method.Results]After putting into operation,the main occupational hazards may generated in this project were fiberglass dust,methane,methanol,acetic acid,noise,heat,etc.The analogy test showed the qualified rates of dust,poison and heat detection points were 100%,that of noise detection point was 71%.Conclusion]The project is feasible,but the occupational health protection and occupational health examination should be improved to protect workers’ health.
