减振器外体模锻成形工艺与设计改进

摘    要:针对减振器外体在相对打击能量较小的30kN模锻锤上极难模锻成形的不利因素,对预锻模进行了3次改进设计,改进后的最终结果表明:减振器外体在30kN模锻锤上模锻成形的省时省力效果优于在50kN模锻锤上模锻成形,模锻效率至少提高3倍,模锻生产周期由原来超过7天300件减少到2~3天300件,锻件合格率由92%提高到99%,锻件成本降低了30%。

Abstract:Due to smaller striking energy for die to forge an absorber body, improvement was made on 30 kN die forging hammer. The result shows that the time-saving & labor-sav ing effect formed at 30 kN forging hammer is better than that at 50 kN one; and the forg ing efficiency increases by at least three times. The forging production cycle is changed from 300 pieces per 7days or more to 300 pieces per 2-3days. The qualified products rate increases from 92% to 99% and the cost is reduced by 30%.
