补阳还五汤合温经汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变86例观察

目的:观察补阳还五汤合温经汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:治疗组86例用补阳还五汤合温经汤加减(黄芪、当归、川芎、赤芍、桃仁、红花、地龙、吴茱萸、桂枝、丹皮、法半夏、甘草)治疗,对照组78例用营养神经、改善血液循环药物及神经生长因子治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组96.5%,对照组69.2%,两组比较,有显著性差异(P0.05)。两组治疗后主要症状均有改善,但治疗组改善更明显。结论:补阳还五汤合温经汤加减治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效显著。

Observation on 86 Cases of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Treated by Modified Tonifying the Yang to Restore Five Decoction and Warm the Menses Decoction

Objective：To observe the Buyanghuanwu Decoction Decoction temperature after treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy clinical observation.Methods：164 cases were randomly divided into two groups,Treatment group,86 cases of combined application of BYHWD Wenjing Decoction （astragalus,Chinese angelica,Chuanxiong,red peony,peach kernel,safflower,and earthworm,Evodia,cassia twig,paeonol,France,Summer,licorice） treatment.Control group,78 cases,the application Western nutrition nerves,improve blood circulation drugs,intravenous drip to the nerve growth factor treatment.Results：The total effective treatment group,96.5% vs 69.2%,Two groups,the difference was significant （P0.05）.Two groups after treatment were the main symptoms improved,but the treatment group improved more obvious.Conclusion：BYHWD All Wenjing Decoction treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy remarkable.
