| 摘 要： | 传统的造气原料煤输送工艺存在破损率过高的问题 ,通过改变已分级中、小籽块煤输送流程、降低块煤跌落高差、增设溜管缓冲装置、改用弹性杆振动筛等改造措施 ,取得了良好的效果 ,并有效地降低了生产成本 ,获得了可观的经济效益

| Abstract: | The conventional conveyance technique for coal feedstock for gasification is high in coal breakage, so by changing the conveyance flow of classified medium and small grain lump coal, reducing the height of fall of lump coal, adding buffer devices in chutes, and turning to elastic bar vibrating screen, good results have been obtained, the production cost is effectively decreased, and remarkable economic benefits are obtained. |
