透穴为主治疗无先兆偏头痛的临床疗效观察

目的 :观察透穴为主治疗无先兆偏头痛的临床疗效。方法 :将 148例无先兆偏头痛患者随机分为透穴电针组 87例 ,西药颅痛定组 6 1例 ,经治疗 4 5天后 ,停止 2个月再观察疗效进行对照。结果 :透穴电针组总有效率 71 3% ,对照组 4 2 6 % ,二者疗效差别有非常显著性意义 (χ2 =12 12 ,P<0 0 1)。结论 :透穴电针法对无先兆偏头痛是一种安全方便、疗效显著的治疗方法

Observation on Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Point-through-Point Therapy on Non-Premonitory Mi graine

Purpose To observe the clinical effect of point-through-point therapy on non-premonitory migraine. Methods 148 cases of non-premonitory migraine were divided into treatment group with 87 cases and control group with 61 cases. They were treated with point-through-point therapy and Rotudin respectively. The therapeutic effects were observed after treatment of 45 days and a 2-month break. Results The total effective rate was 71.3% in the treatment group and 42.6% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Point-through-point therapy is a safe and convenient method with remarkable effect for non-premonitory migraine.
