Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of rTMS on the plasticity of the brain after ischemic injury.MethodsSD rat MCAO-reperfusion model was established and then divided into four groups.Different rTMS were applied within 7 days after the reperfusion.The neurological impairment evaluation score of rats were recorded during this period.Immunohistochemistry and Western blot techniques were used to detect GAP-43 and SYN protein expressions.Results rTMS improved rehabilitation of neurofunction.rTMS increased the prote...
