无资料小流域地区可能最大洪水计算研究

摘    要:本文采用当地推理公式法,借鉴相近地区相似水文特征的洪峰流量经验公式估算无资料小流域河道最大可能洪水,用恒定流水面线法计算某核电厂厂址处由最大可能洪水产生的洪水位。用水力学方法计算可能最大洪水为既考虑河道内区间回水情况,同时也反映了河道的水力学特性,计算结果更接近实际情况。

Abstract:The local reasoning formula method is adopted herein to estimate the probable maximum flood(PMF)in a small watershed with the reference of the flood peak discharge empirical formula for the similar hydrological characteristics of the adjacent regions, and then the flood water level possibly caused by the probable maximum flood at the site of a nuclear power plant is calculated with calculation method of water surface line for steady flow. Calculating the probable maximum flood(PMF)with the method of hydraulics can not only consider the inter-section backwater in the relevant river channel, but can also reflect the hydraulic characteristics therein, thus the calculated result is more close to the actual condition concerned.
