| 摘 要： | 分析了减速器壳体零件的结构及尺寸特点,制定了壳体加工的工艺规程,并进行了相应的夹具设计,阐述了其在数控设备上的加工优点。实践证明,该设计使壳体加工质量和加工效率明显提高,加工成本降低,增强了企业的竞争力。

| Abstract: | The machining process of reducer box-body was set down through the analysis of their structure characteristic. The clamp was designed correspond to their process. The strongpoint of this clamp was explained. The design could improve the quality and efficiency of machining. The machining cost has been reduced obviously. |
