隆凸切除与重建手术及围术期处理的改进

我们自１９８８年４月至１９９３年４月，对８例隆凸切除与重建术病人的围术期处理进行了改进。简化了麻醉设备，进一步完善术中呼吸管理，确保手术安全；术毕采用周围组织包埋气管；术后纤维支气管镜灌洗，便于术后呼吸道管理，有助于病人恢复。上述改进，更有利于地市级医院及条件较差的医院开展此项工作。

Improvement of the Perioperative Management for Excision and Reconstruction of Carina

We improved the perioperative management for the excision and reconstruction of carina on 8 cases from April 1988 to April 1993 in our hospital. The method simplified the equipment used for anesthesia,and further perfected the respiratory management during the operation to ensure intra-operative safty.The suture line on the trachea was buried underneath the surrounding tissue.The tracheobronchial tree was irrigated through the flexible bronchofibroscope in order to clear up the accumulated secretion or blood.This method can help the lower level hospitals to start this kind of operation.
