摘    要:详细掌握循环流化床中颗粒相的流动特征是放大优化提升管的基础。借鉴稠密气体分子运动理论及基于双流体的概念,结合颗粒流的动力学模型和湍 动能模型,耦合催化裂化反应 的十三集总动力学模型,得到了催化裂化提升管反应器内原料油气相和催 化剂颗粒相的流动反应数 学模型, 提出了模型的边界条件和模型方程组的离散求解方法,为研究颗粒相的流动特征奠定了理论基础。

Abstract:Knowledge of hydrodynamic of solid-phase in circulating fluidized beds is needed for scaling up and optimizing riser reactor. In this work, by using the theory of dense gas, based on the double flow concept, an advanced flow-react mathematical model of catalytic cracking in FCC riser was developed. The mathematical model coupled kinetic model of granular flow with turbulent energy model to describe and used 13 lumping-model to describe catalytic cracking reaction. At the same time, the boundary condition and discretization method and solution were put forward. This study presents the academic basic for hydrodynamic of solid phase.
