摘    要:本文介绍了新钢热轧生产线HP295焊瓶钢的生产情况。生产实践表明,通过提高精轧终轧温度,采用两阶段冷却方式,可使HP295的屈强比低于0.8,各项力学性能满足国标GB6653-1994要求。

Abstract:It is introduced on the produce process of HP295 Steel in Xingang hot roiling line. The practice shows that the yield ratio is reduced to lower than 0. 8 by increasing finishing temperature and using two-stage cooling process. The mechanical properties of plate meet the required of GB6653 - 1994.
