| 摘 要： | 《伤寒论》中蕴含丰富的脉证合参思想,对条文中的"脉促",具有代表性的解释有:(1)数时一止,止无定数;(2)脉来急促或短促有力;(3)指数脉;(4)指寸脉浮,关以下沉。通过对相关条文进行分析归纳,参考诸家所言,结合临床实际,认为条文中的"脉促"是现代常见脉象中实脉之脉力,数脉之速率,浮脉之脉位,且无歇止的一种综合脉象,同后世脉学专著中的促脉虽名同而实异。

| Abstract: | To explore the specific pulse condition of "pulse promotion" in Treatise on Febrile Diseases by reviewing the four representative explanations proposed by famous doctors in Chinese medicine.The author considers that "pulse promotion" in Treatise on Febrile Diseases is a pulse force common in modern pulse condition,has similar pulse rate of rapid pulse and similar pulse position of superficial pulse,is a comprehensive pulse condition without rest,which is different from modem common pulse condition. |
