| 摘 要： | 随着社会对于日语人才的要求也不断提升。社会不仅要求学生具有外语能力,还要求学生具备职业能力。本文从人才培养目标和方案的调整、课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、教学手段和方法的改进等方面探讨了日语专业学生职业能力培养策略。
