基于Moldflow的注射成型工艺参数对塑件收缩痕的影响研究

摘    要:基于Moldflow软件的最佳浇口位置和填充分析功能确定浇口位置和数量,采用正交试验法确定注射成型收缩痕指数较小的最优工艺参数组合,研究了注射成型工艺参数对塑件收缩痕的影响,对不同的工艺参数进行了分析。研究结果表明,熔体温度、模具温度的降低,保压压力和注射时间的增加都能减小收缩痕的影响。

Abstract:The gate location and quantity were determined based on the function of the best gate location and filling analysis of Moldflow software. The optimal combination of smaller injection moulding shrinkage mark index was determined by orthogonal experimen-tal method; the influence of injection moulding process parameters on the shrinkage mark in the plastic part were investigated and different process parameters were also analyzed. The results show that the shrinkage mark index can be decreased with the reduction of melt and mould temperature and the increase of packing pressure and injection time.
