摘    要:为了加强无压、低水头、小流量水流的自动监测水平,根据容积法原理自行设计了一种双辊打点式自记流量测定仪,该测定仪构成主要包括翻斗式流量传感器、机械脉冲发生器和计数器3部分,其创新点在于。自行设计了一种双辊打点式自记装置,该装置在以机械钟为动力的前提下,能够较好的记录下流量传感器翻转过程中通过专用脉;中发生器——“凸轮盘 打点式记录笔”产生的机械脉;中信号,从而实现水流过程的自动监测。

Abstract:A double-roll, dot-beat and self-recording flow meter based on volumetric method was designed in order to enhance the automatic measuring level of non-pressure, low water head, and slow velocity discharge. The device comprised three parts, i.e. bucket flow sensor, mechanical pulse generator and counter. The innovation of the device is that it is a double-roll, dot-beat and self-recording device designed by the authors. The mechanical pulse signals during the tilting process of the flow sensor can be recorded very well through the special pulse generator-double-roll and dot-beat recorder, with the power of mechanical clock, so the process of water flow can be monitored automatically.
