| 摘 要： | 因转炉生产节奏加快，由此带来220冶金铸造行车副钩钢丝绳更换时间不够，更换困难。通过对220行车起重机副起升钢丝绳更换机构的改进，大幅度降低了劳动强度，提高了工作效率。

| Abstract: | With quick production rhythm of steelmaking, replacing of hoist cice- lifting steel wire rope quite to be diffi- cult for 220t metallurgical foundry bridge crane. Through innovating vice-lifts the steel wire replacement organization, the efficiency is greatly raised and the intensity of labor is decreased. |
