压电陶瓷传感器灵敏度的研究

摘    要:由于具有压电效应,压电陶瓷能直接将非电量转变为电量,同时它的压电常数可通过调整配方组成或改变陶瓷片的组合方式而得到大幅度提高,从而可有效地提高它的灵敏度,因此,以压电陶瓷作敏感元的传感器越来越受到人们的重视。简单介绍了压电传感器的基本原理及构成,分别从静态和动态两方面,详细讨论了影响压电传感器灵敏度的因素,在此基础上得出了提高灵敏度的有效方法。

Abstract:Existing piezoelectric effect, piezoelectric ceramics can translate directly nonelectric parameters intoelectric parameters,and its piezoelectric constants can be greatly raised by adjusting the composition or varying the connection,which can make sensistivity raised efficiently, so the transducers made of piezoelectric ceramics have beenp layed more attention to. This article describles the basic principle and constitution of piezoelectric transducer.The factorswhich affect the sensistivity of piezoelectric transducer were discussed in static state and dynamic state respectly. The effective methods which can raise the sensistivity were derived from the above discussion.
