摘    要:固定Al含量为10%(Al/(Cu+Zn+Al),原子百分比),应用二步同时加料共沉淀法制备了一系列具有不同Cu/Zn比例的铜基甲醇合成催化剂。通过测试催化剂活性、结构和还原性质表明,n(Cu)/n(Zn)=4/5的催化剂中,CuO与ZnO二组分间相互均匀分散程度最大,催化剂活性最高,催化剂还原温度最低。考察了焙烧温度对催化剂活性、结构及还原过程的影响。

Abstract:A series of copper-based catalysts with the same Al content (10%, mole) but different Cu/Zn mole ratio were prepared by two-step coprecipitation. The catalytic activities, structure and TPR properties of these copper-based catalysts were investigated. Among these catalysts, the catalyst with Cu/Zn = 4/5 has the highest catalytic activity and the lowest reduction temperature because the extent of uniform dispersion between CuO and ZnO in the catalyst is the biggest. The influence of calcination temperature on the structure and properties of the catalysts was also studied.
