摘    要:电压型超导储能系统中的直流变换器用于实现对超导磁体的快速充放电。传统的直流变换器存在软开关难以实现、直流母线电压难以平衡的问题。为解决这一问题,提出一种用于超导储能的多电平电流调节器,它实现了高频变压器原边器件的零电压开关和副边器件的零电流开关,并能实现电压侧各直流母线电压的自动平衡。采用改变晶闸管移相角,进而控制超导磁体上的平均电压大小的方法来调节超导磁体充放电功率。在实现方法上,采用了基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的综合控制方法。实验结果证明了这种多电平电流调节器的良好性能。

Abstract:In the voltage-type superconducting magnetic energy storage system,a DC-DC converter is used to fast charge and discharge the superconducting magnet.It is difficult to implement soft-switching and voltage balancing in such DC-DC converters.To solve the problem,a multilevel current regulator for the superconducting magnetic energy storage system is proposed.It realizes zero voltage switching on the primary side of the high frequency transformer and zero current switching on the secondary side of the transformer,as well as the voltage self-balance on all the voltage side DC buses.The charging-discharging capacity is regulated by the average voltage of super conductor,which is controlled by changing the phase-shift angle of high frequency thyristor.The control method is implemented by use of digital signal processor(DSP)and complex programmable logical device(CPLD).Experimental results demonstrate the excellent performance of the multilevel current regulator.
