黑龙江省高校体育双语教学师资培训的现状分析与对策

随着世界日益走向全球化、信息化,各个领域的交流日益频繁,体育领域中加强与国外的信息交流也愈发重要,体育教学中搞好双语教学关键是师资力量,做好师资的培训是高校体育课进行双语教学的前提。运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法对我国目前高校实施双语教学师资培训的现状加以分析,并对教师的培训从制度、政策、职前、职后培训、评价等方面提出相应的对策,为高校双语教学的顺利推广提出理论建议。
