| 摘 要： | 目的 观察加工、贮藏过程对温郁金挥发油体外抗肿瘤活性的影响,分析其抗肿瘤活性与成分变化的相关性.方法 利用MTT比色法检测未加工、新加工和陈加工的温郁金挥发油对肠癌肿瘤细胞MGC-803、肝肿瘤细胞SMMC-7721增殖的影响,由GC-MS检测上述3种挥发油中各成分的相对质量分数.结果 经过不同加工或贮藏过程的温郁金中提取的挥发油对MGC-803、SMMC-7721的生长抑制作用及其所含挥发油成分在量和组成上存在着明显的差异.结论 加工、贮藏过程对同一植物来源的温郁金挥发油类成分含有量和组成影响较大,在抑制肠癌肿瘤细胞、肝肿瘤细胞的增殖作用上存在一定差异.
