摘    要:通过超重力下燃烧合成工艺制备出不同厚度的TiC-TiB2细晶复合陶瓷,并对TiC-TiB2陶瓷靶板进行径向与纵向约束.经钨合金长杆动能弹进行弹道测试表明,当陶瓷靶板厚度小于12 mm时,长杆弹侵彻过程仅包括初始撞击阶段和稳态侵彻阶段,使得陶瓷抗动能弹侵彻能力较差;当陶瓷靶板厚度大于12 mm时,弹丸的侵彻过程主要受稳态侵彻与非稳态侵彻(弹丸减速与磨损加速)控制,使得长杆动能弹质量与动能急剧衰减,进而提升陶瓷靶板的抗侵彻能力.

Abstract:Fine-grained TiC-TiB2 composite ceramics with varied thickness was prepared successfully by combustion synthesis under high gravity,and the TiC-TiB2 ceramic ballistic targets were confined by shrink-fit steel in radial and longitudinal direction.
