微机型频率电压紧急控制装置的研究

摘    要:以单片微机为核心的SSE520频率电压紧急控制装置是一种可实现低频低压保护功能的装置,它可根据系统内功率缺额的情况完成低频低压减载,使保留的负荷容量与运行中的发电容量相适应,确保电网的正常运行。文章着重阐述了紧急控制装置的低频减载控制执行过程,同时又探讨了信号输出的方案设计。

Abstract:This paper introduces the SSE520 type frequency-voltage emergency control relay,which based on single chip microcomputer.According to the power shortage of the system,it can shed load as fast as the drop of the frequency and voltage,and the amount of the load shedding can keep pace with the development of the power shortage.This paper puts emphasis upon the procession of the control and execution of the frequency-voltage control relay,and mentions the precept of the output of the signals.
