| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析实例后认为，网络计划优化以最迟必须开工时间为初始状态，网络的各个工序由右向左移动，工程整体投资效果为最佳。文中以此方案为基础建立了相应的网络计划优化的数学模型及优化方法
